How fast can you get here?

Emergency calls are prioritized. Our typical arrival window is about 30 to 90 minutes, depending on technician availability and traffic. We give you a window when you call, and if we don’t arrive within it, the service call fee is waived.

Do you charge more for emergency calls?

Sometimes. After-hours, late-night and some weekend emergency work may be priced differently, depending on the situation. There’s no single flat surcharge, and you get the price before we start. If you approve the work, the service call fee is waived.

Should I call you or the utility?

If your whole street is dark, it’s probably a utility outage, so call your utility. If only your home or part of it lost power, or you smell burning, call us.

Is a breaker that keeps tripping an emergency?

It can be. A breaker trips to protect the wiring. If it trips again right after you reset it, leave it off and call. Something on that circuit is wrong.

Can you fix it on the first visit?

Often, yes. We carry common parts like breakers, outlets and switches. Bigger repairs may need a return visit or a permit.
