Telemetry & Fault Detection

Electrical Diagnosing & Troubleshooting

Stop guessing with hidden electrical failures. We deploy master-level technicians equipped with thermal imaging and industrial multimeters to track down phantom power drops, invisible shorts, and complex grid anomalies.

Diagnostic Warning: Unidentified Anomalies

PARTIAL GRID LOSS

Dead Zones

When half your house loses power but the breakers haven't tripped, it usually indicates a lost leg of power from the utility or a catastrophic neutral wire failure.

THERMAL EVENT

Odor or Scorching

A persistent fishy or plastic burning smell near an outlet or panel is an active electrical fire simmering inside your walls. Immediate shutdown is required.

GHOST FAULTS

Random Tripping

Breakers that trip sporadically without heavy appliances running indicate compromised wire insulation causing intermittent, highly dangerous arc faults.

VOLTAGE ANOMALY

Flickering Lighting

Lights that continuously flicker or pulse like a strobe light point to loose connections in the junction box or a degrading main breaker.

Precision Fault Isolation

[ THERMAL_SCAN ]

Infrared Imaging

We use FLIR thermal cameras to scan your electrical panels and walls, identifying overheating breakers, loose connections, and hidden fire risks before they ignite.

[ MEG_TEST ]

Megohmmeter Testing

Also known as Megger testing, we push high voltage through your wiring to test the integrity of the insulation, pinpointing microscopic shorts inside the walls.

[ CIRCUIT_TRACE ]

Advanced Wire Tracing

Instead of tearing down drywall to find a broken wire, we use specialized electronic tone generators to trace wires through conduit and walls to find the exact breakpoint.

[ LOAD_AUDIT ]

System Load Analysis

We measure the exact amperage draw across all phases of your panel to uncover unbalanced loads, dying appliances, and phantom drains driving up your utility bill.

System Database: Troubleshooting FAQs

Why did exactly half my house lose power?
Homes are powered by two 120-volt "legs" of electricity coming from the street. If only half your house is dead, it usually means one of those legs has failed. This could be a blown main fuse inside your panel, or an issue with the utility company's transformer on the street. Do not touch the main panel; call for diagnostics.
Is a burning plastic smell an emergency?
Yes, a critical one. A fishy, chemical, or burning plastic smell near an outlet, switch, or electrical panel means wire insulation is actively melting. This is the stage immediately preceding an electrical fire. Turn off the main breaker immediately and call our emergency dispatch.
How long does electrical troubleshooting take?
Some issues, like a failed GFCI outlet, can be diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutes. More complex problems, like an intermittent arc fault hidden behind drywall, can take a few hours of systematic testing across the entire grid to safely locate and isolate.

Initiate Diagnostic Sweep.

Do not ignore burning smells, sparking outlets, or constant breaker trips. Contact our operations center immediately to deploy a master technician and locate the fault before it escalates.
